At Zazz Fashion Reloved, we believe sustainable style should be accessible to everyone — no matter where you are in South Africa. Shop consciously from the comfort of your home, and we’ll deliver your treasures straight to your door, or to a Pargo collection point near to your home.
Delivery Made Simple
Free Delivery: Spend R1 500 or more and enjoy free delivery — automatically applied at checkout.
Spend Under R1 500: A R100 delivery fee applies. Choose home delivery or collection at your nearest Pargo point.
Swift Dispatch: Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. If we can, we will send it sooner!
Make a Bundle - Your Own Collection
Fallen in love with a few pieces but not ready to ship just yet? Our Make a Bundle option lets you create your own collection: Shop and pay for the items you love. We’ll keep them safely in your personal Zazz Bundle. Once your total reaches R1 500, we’ll deliver everything free of charge.
At checkout, select ‘Collect’ as your delivery option and add “Bundle” in the comments panel.
Our Delivery Partner
We’re proud to partner with Pargo, who are excellent at delivery efficiency. They have over 4 000 collection points throughout South Africa, so you can easily find one near you. Or you can choose convenient home delivery. Every order is fully trackable online. We will email/SMS you the Tracking Number.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
If your item isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange it within 10 days of receiving it. Just make sure items are in the same condition as received.
To start a return, either email us at info@zazz.co.za, or WhatsApp us at 076 673 7229, within 7 days of shipment. If you’d like to use our courier service (Pargo) for the return, we can help arrange that, or use your own Courier. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the article, and process your refund or credit note within about 5–10 working days and notify you by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
